Stop Chasing Market Reports. Start Chasing Distress

Everyone wants the next hot market. But the best way to find real deals right now is the same as it’s always been:

1. Go to your local county website

2. Pull the tax delinquent list

3. Sort for out-of-state owners who haven’t paid in multiple years

That’s where the pain is. And pain is where motivation lives.

You don’t need more inventory.

You need more people who actually want to sell.
